Returns & Exchanges

At TNS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TNS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original, unworn garments with all designer tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a free pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
